Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
• Deploying packaged software to assets using enterprise deployment tools.
• Assists field engineers with Tier 2 level support of client devices/applications.
• Deploys patches, software updates, and anti-virus updates to client devices.
• Provides Tier 2  level support of non-PC devices (PDAs, Tablets, etc.).
• Remote support for all Operating Systems errors (Windows XP, Windows 7, Apple OS).
• Remote Support for all VPN access issues. 
• Dual Language (Local and English)

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 
1 Handling and troubleshooting day to day issues end users' computers, applications and mail issues.
2 Client devices issues – patching, software updates, mobile devices.
3  Terminal server profile issues and VPN issues.
