Lab Technicians are responsible for receiving, testing, analyzing, recording, reporting of test results and facility management.
¡á PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) ¤ýReceiving, labeling, and safely storing samples to be tested. ¤ýDetermining and performing tests needed for the analysis and report. ¤ýRecording tests and analyses and then reporting the results. ¤ýDiscussing and answering any questions regarding the results. ¤ýOrganizing and storing samples in accordance with all safety and other. requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample. ¤ýCleaning and maintaining lab equipment, including recalibration of equipment. ¤ýStaying current on technical and scientific advances in their field. ¤ýBuilding Proto-type sample while NPD project including vacuuming, recharging refrigerant, adjusting expansion valve etc.

¡á EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE ¤ýProven experience as Lab Technician, HVAC installation experience or relevant position for more than 5 years preferred. ¤ýExperience in operating electrical and nonelectrical laboratory equipment and potentially dangerous substances (flammable liquids, biohazards etc.) ¤ýIn knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) Systems, preventative measures, and laboratory best practices ¤ýWorking knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems. ¤ýJunior college Degree above in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or relevant field.
