You have an in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting
whilst at the same time a deep thinking of the potential for digital  solutions in the financial environment. 

You are able to connect with people to understand their needs and find
solutions. 

You are willing to challenge the status quo and propose creative,
new solutions that inspire others. 

You are comfortable communicating at all levels of the company
and across functions. 50% will work on digitalization of Finance
processes, 50% will work on daily Finance work.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IDEAL OUTCOMES

• Finance team’s work is the major R&R.
   Month end closing
   Forecast & strategic plan
   Project Finance
   Finance analysis on performance
   Cost standard setting and variance analysis
   Process improvement
   Digitalization on Finance processes & analysis
• Carry out structured analysis and problem solving.
• Prioritize improvement areas that deliver positive changes.
• Design change management programs that deliver results.

[자격요건]

경력사항: 경력(2년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업 이상

Required competencies for the position:

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or a
related field as the basis for working in Finance.

·       At least 2~3 years work experience in finance

·       High level of written and verbal English

·       Confident communicator with good negotiation skills

·       Digitalization experience in finance is preferred

·       Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 / SAP system is an
advantage.

·       Strong interest in IT and Business Intelligence, knowledge in
MS Power Platform, RPA and other digitalization tools is plus

·       Experience in a manufacturing and/or technology environment for a large company is a plus

자격요건

·       최소 2~3년의 재무 분야 업무 경험자

·       높은 수준의 영어 구사 능력

·       원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 능력

·       Microsoft 365/SAP 시스템에 대한 지식 보유자 우대

·       IT 및 비즈니스 인텔리전스에 대한 높은 관심, MS Power Platform, RPA 및 기타 디지털화 도구에 대한 지식 보유자 우대.
