The Impact You¡¯ll Make

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

What You¡¯ll Do

[Administrative Support] 

o    Administrative support for LMK Supply Chain head and LMK Supply Chain org overall (visitors, events, meetings, other administrative works). 

o    Weekly report, LMK All Employee Meetings, Org chart, Business update slides for LMK Supply Chain, and others.

[KPI Management] 

o    Regular reports – incl. Supplier OTD - and reports development (automized report).

o    Forecasts and reviews on Org operation expenses, coordinating with LMK Finance. 

[Vendor Master Management ]

o    Reviews Vendor adds/changes request and maintain Vendor Master in SAP system both for LMK Direct and Indirect suppliers, including KTC(Korea Technology Center) vendors.

o    Publishes monthly ¡°LMK Supplier List¡± based in Lam SAP data (ZR409).

o    Troubleshoots/coordinates vendor data issue/inquiry - incl. vendor mapping, banking information, etc.  

o    Coordinates/supports trainings on GSCM STD process for Vendor adds/changes.

o    Manages/develops regional-specific processes of Indirect vendor master management- such as LMK/KTC IMS in pursuit of higher work efficiency.

[Supplier Sellback Activity]

o    Creates/manages Sales Order for Supplier Sellback.  

o    Manages/develops regional-specific processes of supplier sellback in pursuit of higher work efficiency.  

o    Coordinates/troubleshoots technical inquiry/or issues with supplier sellback orders.  

o    Coordinates customer code adds/updates between requestor and Global Customer Master team.

[GSCM Supplier Maintenance Mailbox]

o    Responsible for GSCM Supplier Maintenance Mailbox in Asia Time zone  

o    Coordinating/ troubleshooting inquiries and issues of Supplier¡¯s MyLam access, in collaboration with SAP Security team and GIS OPS AD team.  

o    Coordinating inquiries and issues of all other systems/or applications, assigning/forwarding them to the relevant support teams.

Who We¡¯re Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years of managing a complex enterprise¡¯s human resources, or finance, or operations, or strategies.  Skilled ability to manage complex budgets. Proficient ethical leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge and Experience in Supply Chain, or Manufacturing, or Sales with Data Analysis and Business Analysis Skills.
  • Proficient Excel Skills and Power Point Presentation. 
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP and Sharepoint, (Preferred) Power BI.
  • Well-organized, Analytical, Responsible, Problem-solving, and Interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in English(Writing & Speaking) and OS(PPT, Power BI, Excel), SAP

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – both English and Korean – cross-functionally.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ¡®On-site Flex¡¯ you¡¯ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ¡®Virtual Flex¡¯ you¡¯ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
