What the day will look like

· Being responsible for leading the servicing of existing clients, increasing client intimacy and driving new treaty and reinsurance opportunities

· Ensure robust client plans are in place for clients

· Executing treaty contracts via reinsurer negotiation and placement

· Engaging with client prospects and reinsurers across all client levels 

· Leading and executing strategic initiatives to achieve targeted growth

· Delivering the best of Aon United to clients

· Exercising leadership and innovation for the benefit of the team

Skills and experience that will lead to success

· Minimum 10 years’ broking experience in reinsurance industry

· Excellent network in insurance and reinsurance market

· Business insight, strategic mindset and people leadership experience 

· Able to independently deal with internal and external stakeholders

· Excellent networking and relationship skills

· Excellent team-working skills and interpersonal skills 

· 4년제 대학졸업 이상의 학력 소지자 

· 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자 

· 영어 소통 능력 우수자 (Speaking & Writing)

· MS-Office Program 사용 가능
