Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible, Lead, and manage of all Multi accounts managements (GKA, Multi/Fashion, Sports Specialty, Direct Sales)
- To develop and implement the overall strategy for the Wholesale multi account portfolio based on global and Market strategies jointly with the Wholesale VP and get sign off by the MD
- To ensure the best possible Net Sales result by setting clear targets and action points;
constant tracking of results; analysis of risks & new business opportunities - Take ownership and set the qualitative quarterly, seasonal, and annual OTB
- To ensure the wholesale multi organization is applying available adidas Group standards and best practices in daily work
- To review, challenge and sign off the Strategic Account Plans and Account Marketing Plans proposed by direct reports
- To support negotiation and enforcement of adidas Group trade terms
- To establish an appropriate organizational framework & transformation of the wholesale multi organization jointly with the Wholesale VP in line with the Global organizational blueprint
- To manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines
- To measure progress on defined KPIs and monitor all reports
- To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/action plans
- To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers performances based on key product performance, sell-through, and inventory in quality

- Global: Centre of Excellence (CoE) Wholesale
- Market: Brands, Customer Service, Business Development, Controlling, Planning, Logistics.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven track record of successfully managing Accounts & Account managers in large sales organizations.
- High analytical skills for strategy development, business planning, decision making
- Strong interpersonal skills: excellent communications and negotiating abilities as well as high quality presentation, relationship management and influencing skills
- High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, trade marketing, finance and controlling)
- Strong decision making, determination, and to show high initiative and pragmatism to the business.
- Fluent in written and spoken local language as well as English. Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
- Minimum 10~12 years of sales experience within large sales organizations, ideally in footwear/apparel/fashion industries or FMCG industries
- At least 8 years¡¯ experience of people and operational management
- Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain
- IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills
