Manager, Mono Operations, Retail

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 

The purpose of this role is to optimize mono store operations and ensure compliance with established processes and standards in mono South Korea. The role focuses on fostering a culture of trading excellence, motivating teams, and promoting efficiency in store operations through the "house of retail" approach. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Operational Excellence: 

Ensure the implementation and adherence to retail best practices and processes in Mono stores. 

Optimize store operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. 

Enhance the overall shopping experience from back of house to front of house. 

 

Performance Management: 

Cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance, and providing constructive feedback. 

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. 

 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement functional components of the Mono business model. 

Support Mono stores in implementing retail best practices and developing new ones. 

 

Compliance & Standards: 

Ensure all operations comply with global retail standards while considering local market requirements. 

Maintain alignment with Global and local standards and objectives.

RBO, Retail Excellence, Mono Accounts and Stores, WHS Mono, WHS Sales Ops & Project, WHS Customer Service, WHS Business Planning & Analysis

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

At least 6 years of work experience in Retail Operations in Global Brand  

Oustanding communication & Negotiation skills, & Project Management Skills . 

Customer service  Retail enviroment exsperience 

University degree or above 

Advanced IT skills in Power BI, outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint
