Position Summary

This position is mainly responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing performance appraisals of employees. Also operating the Compensation and Benefits related tasks and guidance on policies and procedures for all employees, supporting the preparation of the Compensation Committee Agenda.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless implementation of the Performance Management System and Framework, including goal setting, performance monitoring, evaluation, improvement, etc. in the course of the appraisal period.
  • Coordinate the periodic performance appraisal process in collaboration with HR BPs by liaising with HoDs, Line Managers to ensure timely completion and ensure effective communication of performance feedback within agreed timeline.
  • Support HR managers to ensure Key performance indicators (KPIs) for all HR functions to are SMART and stretchy to enable the achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
  • Manage HR dashboard and company¡¯s organizational structures and Job classification in HRIS system.
  • Develop and operate any C&B, Recognition programs in line with performance appraisal categories.
  • Implement and operate Performance Improve Management programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and makes recommendations to ensure internal and external equity.
  • Provide internal Auditors with requested information.
  • Stay up-to-date on Compensation trends and best practices
  • Evaluate area of responsibility for continuous improvement opportunities and develops plans to implement process improvements.
  • Any Ad hoc assignments upon request

Minimum Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, performance management
  • Must have the ability to handle confidential matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Understanding of compensation concepts, including job evaluation and analysis, surveying of positions, market pricing and regression analysis
