About Position:
Role Summary:
Philips Korea is looking for a Consumer
Marketing Manager, who will lead the Oral Healthcare (OHC) and Mother and Child
Care (MCC) category business. This position will report to the Personal Health(PH)
Consumer Marketing Lead and will be responsible for achieving business
objectives. This role involves defining and executing comprehensive and
holistic marketing strategies to meet the target P&L, collaborating with
cross-functional teams and global regional organizations, and driving business
success.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Business Management
Develop both
long-term and short-term business objectives and strategies in line with global
directives.
Manage
financial goals and P&L including sales target, budget, profits and lead
business forecasting on a yearly/ quarterly basis.
Translate
the product roadmap into detailed product specifications for a product range
with known functionality and existing technologies.
Design and
optimize category/ product portfolio by analyzing business performance and
identifying market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and insights.
Identify
key business drivers and navigate the strategic course to grow the business.
Deliver
operational excellence collaborating with cross functional team.
2. Consumer Insights
Develop consumer
insights and evaluate ideas and assets for steering strategy and marketing
plans.
3. Marketing communication
strategy, plan and execution
Develop
consumer communication strategy for the category.
Develop
and execute integrated marketing communication plans in collaboration with
internal teams and external partners such as Creative agency, Media agency, PR
agency, etc.
4. Internal communication
Work
closely with the Business Development Manager/Director and global Product
Managers responsible for global product portfolio and MarCom to align on local
team¡¯s business strategy and new product launching plans.
Facilitate
effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and
clarity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above with
5-9 years of professional experience in marketing.
In-depth knowledge and
understanding of B2C business model, retail channel and consumer communication
CRM or HCP(Healthcare
professional) related experience is preferred (optional)
Strong leadership skills
Strategic thinking
Self-motivation
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in both Korean and English
Excellent Communication
