O MANAGEMENT Define and communicate a vision and mid-long term strategy to drive the results of the Business Unit. - Establish the local mid-long term strategies of the business in Korea in alignment with global and regional strategic imperatives. - Oversee and coordinate the implementation of strategies relating to in-line animal product positioning, pricing, packaging improvements, distribution, communications, customer segmentation, technical strategies, field force structure, competitive actions, new products and business development. - Interact and establish relationships with key customers, distributors, and opinion leaders to respond to market changes; develop internal and external business relationships to create influence
O Leadership - Demonstrate leadership qualities; act as a mentor model and role model for the colleagues in the Business Unit. - Lead, manage and develop direct reports; coach and mentor by providing ongoing feedback; provide clear and transparent guidance regarding objectives, performance and development. - Create a culture of development and feedback to improve performance, ensure a pipeline of talent and succession planning for all colleagues in the Business Unit - Create a performance environment where top performers are recognized and poor performers are given coaching and feedback to improve performance - Promote a positive work environment that ensures a working environment free of harassment, that performs with integrity, provides resources and tools for colleagues to accomplish objectives and fosters work/life balance.
