[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] °æ·Â»çÇ×: °æ·Â(6³â ÀÌ»ó ) - Experience in luxury customer
service and or client advisory roles (preferably retail, fashion technology
companies or hospitality) - Minimum of 6 years of
experience in in client segmentation, CRM system development/integration, CRM
campaign management, and data analysis - Understanding of user
experience and consumer experience that drives customer acquisition,
conversion, and retention - Experience with Salesforce
platforms, capabilities, reporting and configuration and analytic tools - Process oriented with ability
to manage long-term and short-term projects in parallel - Strong problem-solving
approach, motivational and people development skills - Demonstrated leadership to
influence and motivate a team towards results - Business level English in
both written and oral preferred - Luxury Industry Sales and VIC
Client Care Experience Preferred
