Fixed sales representative is responsible for the development of all sales activities for Fixed HGAS across Korea, Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at expanding the customer base Korea, specifically focused on gas detector opportunities across Honeywell wide offerings. Ensure coordinated sales activities, leveraging the Regional/Country Sales Managers and Account Managers, as well as the COE & Country LOB/Engineering team. Key Deliverable will be to define strategies and initiatives to win Opportunities across Korea. leading and delivering on Fixed LoB¡¯s AOP of HGAS Korea and revenue goals from our focused strategic accounts.

-Extensive contacts in Gas, Chemical, Safety, and semiconductor industry in Korea
-Extensive experience in industrial market sales. Experience in gas detector industry will be preferred.
-Demonstrates strategic leadership and authority 
-Demonstrate good understanding of gas detector and safety Domain knowledge
-Have industry knowledge and applications around Oil&Gas, ship building, steel, EPC, and chemical in the safety Industry.
-Good understanding of key existing & new trends in gas detector.
-Ability to understand gas detector Industry & customer challenges and work with internal stakeholders to develop solutions to meet them
-Experience maneuvering through complex customer organization effectively to find key Decision makers, sponsors.
-Experienced in complex sales: including engaging early in the customer buying cycle at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships; team selling and opportunity planning. 
-Experience planning, developing and executing sales campaigns or programs for complex Sales opportunities. 
-Direct sales, sales management, marketing and project management experience
-Organize & Participate Regional Roadshows, Technology summits to develop Opportunity pipeline.
-Demonstrate ability to motivate other sales managers and Account Managers with drive and energy resulting in aggressive growth.
-Ability to work effectively in Matrix organization including Sales, LOB, Marketing and deliver results
-Experience in Design, Eng, Estimation and/Or Sale of key technologies

Key R&R:
-Customer Relationship Management (Existing & New Clients)
-Pipeline Development (> 4 Time AOP)
-Develop New Accounts and position Honeywell as their Automation Partner
-Develop Strategies along with Local & APAC leadership teams to win Projects
-Maximize competitive wins by understanding the competition¡¯s portfolio and strategies
-Develop eco system around Honeywell including Partners/SI, EPC, End Users & OEM¡¯s

-Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical or Electrical or any relevant engineering studies.
-Experience in EPC sales
