- Provide support on major projects as needed - coordinating schedules/logistics, cost checking, shop drawing review and organizing documents
- Support minor projects which will include minor improvements to stores environment, retrofits, staff amenities room fit-outs and office fit-outs
- Work with coordinating architects and vendors to ensure each project is executed within time and budget constraints and to quality standards
- Support sustainability initiatives in design/construction/operations
- Support the qualification of local suppliers and perform factory inspections as needed
- Maintain effective relationships with Region, Real Estate and designated designer
- Maintain the digital archives of data, drawings & specifications
