1. Lead for Client Data Management and Global Projects
- Manage all internal CRM tools to efficiently support store operations while maintaining high standards of client data quality and update customer information
- Collaborate with legal and internal control teams to develop and implement data management standards, policies, and procedures
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including activities such as data cleansing and enrichment
- Assist in the implementation of a newly launched global data project by collaborating closely with the global CRM team to validate initiatives and provide necessary support for the launch
- Develop and enhance data tools to align with local practices
- Oversee the management of the data quality index across all stores
- Maintain regular communication with stores to ensure seamless coordination and smooth handling of data-related matters

2. Managing Client Data Insights and In-Store Communication Strategies
- Deliver actionable client data insights to stores, enabling a deeper understanding and driving sales performance for every commercial and communication occasion
- Organize target customer groups needed for the Bespoke Approach and establish strategic directions
- Develop and oversee the implementation of an in-store communication plan, ensuring efficient execution of all asset development and deployment using Dynamics
- Continuously improve the Client segment program and regularly provide insights to stores to enhance execution effectiveness

3. Support various retail projects and commercial events
- Strategically target appropriate client groups for various retail and communication events to enhance the customer experience
- Support the CX manager in planning and execution of commercial events and in-store animations, ensuring seamless coordination and timely implementation

- University graduate in related fields such as Business, Marketing, or Statistics

- More than 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics and CRM or have a career background as a Strategic and Analytic project lead

- Client-centric with strong business acumen, attention to detail, and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment

- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with especially strong Excel skills required

- Fluent in both written and spoken English

- Interest in fashion and luxury retail environments.
