2. Managing Client Data Insights and In-Store Communication Strategies - Deliver actionable client data insights to stores, enabling a deeper understanding and driving sales performance for every commercial and communication occasion - Organize target customer groups needed for the Bespoke Approach and establish strategic directions - Develop and oversee the implementation of an in-store communication plan, ensuring efficient execution of all asset development and deployment using Dynamics - Continuously improve the Client segment program and regularly provide insights to stores to enhance execution effectiveness
3. Support various retail projects and commercial events - Strategically target appropriate client groups for various retail and communication events to enhance the customer experience - Support the CX manager in planning and execution of commercial events and in-store animations, ensuring seamless coordination and timely implementation

skills, organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently
and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment - High proficiency in Microsoft
Excel and PowerPoint, with especially strong Excel skills required - Fluent in both written and
spoken English
