O Commercial Strategy & Operations - Define the overall commercial strategy and sales objectives for the brand, taking into account each distribution channel and retailer/partner. Ensure brand equity growth, increased market share, and adherence to allocated budget - Collaborate with the BGM to build strong relationships with retailers, fostering productive collaborations - Work with the BGM to identify new opportunities in both new and existing retail locations, including the identification of potential facial cabins - Oversee the opening and closing of retail locations to ensure strategic objectives are met - Manage key accounts, presenting brand¡¯s strategy to retailers, negotiating and implementing brand priorities while ensuring profitability - Ensure that brand¡¯s luxury skincare positioning is well understood and top of mind for potential opportunities - Enhance the retail environment by continuously negotiating for better locations and visibility to elevate the brand's presence
O Business Development - Ensure brand¡¯s strategy and roadmap is cascaded and understood by the team - Efficiently design business plan and action plan based on data analysis - Work with the BGM/Finance team to ensure maximum profitability/productivity by store - Monitor the weekly/monthly retail performance of all stores and initiate on in-store actions and follow-up to keep them on track - Analyse and drive all Retail KPIs (such as ATV, IPT, NS) in order to implement the correct Retail strategy - Stay informed about competitor activities in each store and track ranking data - Work with SCM to evaluate stock levels in each store and initiate corrective actions when necessary. - Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in each store - Monitor CRM client¡¯s database and KPIs setting targets for the team to maximize client activation results - Focus on enhancing the customer experience in line with brand standards, surpassing client expectations, and addressing unhappy clients - Cultivate and nurture relationships with business partners, identifying and capitalizing on collaborations and opportunities to drive sales and profitability - Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on in-store activities, as well as identify and assess opportunities and risks - In collaboration with the BGM, negotiate locations, promotions, commercial margins, etc.
O Team Management - Inspire and manage the retail team through exemplary leadership, setting the standard for excellence - Implement effective management processes to optimize the teams' quality time in-store and drive business - Monitor the development of all sales & retail processes as well as the structure of the sales & retail teams - Design incentive programs to enhance skills and performance - Train, energize, and motivate the team - Oversee successful implementation and execution of marketing, education, sales strategies in the field and provide feedback
O Others - Act as a conduit between the global, regional and Retail Field executive to ensure smooth alignment and implementation of global strategy - Maintain close collaboration with global and regional teams to gain timely and appropriate support - Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and ethical standards across all retail areas

- University degree in Business
or related discipline preferred - Proven 12+ years of
experience in sales/retail in a luxury and/or cosmetic brand, with 3+ years of
which in a team-leading position - Strong leadership skills with
the ability to inspire and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional
customer service and achieve sales targets - High level of understanding
in retail with a strategic approach - Business acumen, numerical
agility, and forward-thinking vision - Agile mindset with a test
& learn approach - Strong affinity with luxury
and luxury execution - Project management skills
with an ability to manage all phases of a project from ideation to execution - Entrepreneurial spirit and
agility to find new approaches and solutions to the challenges of this role - High organizational skills
& high energy, curious and open-minded - Strong interpersonal,
communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills - Creative, strategic, detail
oriented, responsible, self-initiated, agile, and organized problem solver - A good team player with
