[Job Description]
• Manage a portfolio of power products like Si IGBTs, SiC in discrete and power modules • Define strategic product roadmaps for high power semiconductor products in fast growing energy infrastructure ( Solar, UPS, ESS, EV-C) and datacenter markets • Responsible for new product revenue forecast and attainment • Develop new product ideas and build business cases for management approvals & execution • Responsible for developing & managing product and customer strategies • Develop and execute new products in coordination with sales and NPD development teams
[Requirements] • Demonstrates proficiency in writing and speaking, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders • Explains and presents technical risks and opportunities to senior management • Displays ability to work in teams of high-performance professionals in direct or indirect matrix relationships • Possesses good negotiation & relationship-building skills • Escalates customer issues early and manages customer expectations effectively
About You • MSEE or equivalent • +9 years in a technical marketing, product marketing role or equivalent • Experience and familiarity with power semiconductors • MBA or a graduate degree in a related area is a plus
