[Job Description]
•Define product (SiC, High Voltage MOSFETs, IGBT, Gate Drive IC, Rectifier, FRD, PKG also) specification requirements for new products
•Validate Electrical performance evaluation through simulation and experiment as part of the product verification for system application.
•Design and build new test circuits and system for new device development support.
•Responsible for application verification and validation of newly designed silicon and SiC.

[Requirements]
•Knowledge in power semiconductors systems (CCM & DCM PFC, PWM converter, Inverter).
•Knowledge of semiconductor devices, especially Si & SiC MOSFET, IGBT, Diode and Gate Driver (HVIC and Galvanic).
•Good communication skills & Technical diagnostic, Problem solving skills.
•English communication skills, including the ability to present and report.
•Good to have simulation skill such as P-spice, Matlab, P-Sim, MathCAD and PCB artwork.
