Job Description
Role Summary:
Leads and coordinates the marketing planning, program operations and program execution efforts in the organization. The role facilitates the annual Business and Marketing planning processes, ensures coordination of the marketing plans with the MSS (Modality & Clinical Sales), Sales and Finance team. Together in collaboration with the content localization manager, the Head of Marketing Planning & Operations supports the execution of the marketing programs like Campaigns including the coordination of asset creation.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Planning
- Facilitates the annual business and marketing planning processes, ensures coordination of the marketing plans in the county level across Businesses Unites (Diagnosis Imaging, Integrated Guild Therapy, Ultrasound, Monitoring)
- Collaborates with Head of Marketing Planning & Operations, MSS (Modality & Clinical Sales) and Sales team to plan, support and help to achieve goals of the country marketing strategy
- Responsible for generating and maintaining the local market intelligence database and data reporting
- Assists local marketing and sales management with targeted market research (trend analysis, government initiatives etc) for short to midterm decisions
2. Marketing Operations (Execution)
- Leads and coordinates global and local activations of Marketing Campaigns in close collaboration with global team and the MSS (Modality & Clinical Sales) in Korea
- Ensures that marketing measurement drives performance review of key functions, campaigns, events, budgeting and other marketing activities
- Defines objectives and strategy for event plan and measures against targets
- Develops and maintain a marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and in alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborates & generates high quality leads and manage KOL relationship to support business growth
- Generates market intelligence (Healthcare regulatory) and related knowledge Manages the budget (invoicing and payment process) via Philips purchasing system
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7~12 years of experience in marketing planning & operations
- Ability to translate value proposition into an integrated marketing campaign
- Fluent in English and Korean to be able to craft and refine product messaging across a variety of media types
- Ability to identify, synthesize and prioritize key issues and resolve roadblocks
- Understanding of branding and communication guidelines to ensure campaign compliance
- Marketing experience in B2B industry preferred
- Strong ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Optimizes processes and delivers results
- Creative and resourceful when facing unexpected obstacles
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
