MAIN PURPOSE
Act as the primary product management contact for Sales, Training, PR, VM, Corp. CRM, and other departments in a collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies related to the category to make recommendations to marketing manager
- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products, and animate the core catalogue within the category
- Propose and lead marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) for the category to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
- Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale) for the category
- Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy for the category; meet the deadlines
- Manage the sales forecast accuracy and forecast the product sellout target and stocks for the category
- Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
- Manage marketing budget of the category in charge
- Manage samples and develop sampling strategies for key products.
- Create promotional items such as GWP, leaflets, brochures, and catalogs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
- Passionate about beauty, eager to identify new trends and develop concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate across various departments.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple important tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
