[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Compensation & Benefits - Support in developing salary package for new hires, promotions, and transfers and offcycle merit adjustments. - Ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits operations. - Provide information onmarketsituation, ensure our Compensation and Benefits are competitive. - Source and evaluate local benefit providers, e.g., insurance policies, when needed. Monitor the service and performance of service providers.
O HRIS (HR data management) - Maintain employee data in all systems/platforms and perform data analysis including but not limited to topics related to turnover, cost analyses, E&I etc. - Support ad hoc global or regional projects and reports as required.
O Talent Acquisition (Talent management) - Execute recruitment process for internal and external opportunities by advertising, sourcing, screening and interviewing for open positions. - Work with HR manager and region TA team on building strong employer branding. - Support line managers in job description development, selection criteria and interviewing candidates. - Facilitate and improve on-boarding and off-boarding process. Ensure all employees have a consistent and effective experience.
O Employee Relations (HR admin) - Point of contact of any employee relations inquires and act as a HR contact for daily operations of Corporate and Retail. - Work closely with HR manager to support in driving regional and global HR engagement initiatives to drive engagement. - Manage and administer day to day operation for both Corporate and Retail

- Degree holder with 5+ years¡¯
experience in generalist human resources and administration experience, ideally
from retail company - Understand the importance of
handling confidential information, must have superior work ethics - Organised, attention to
details, problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure - Multi-task, good at
prioritization, responsible and able to work independently and willing to be
hands-on - Strong interpersonal,
communication and organizational skills - Good command of both written
and spoken English - Proficient in Microsoft excel
(pivot table), and good data analytical and reporting skills
- Strong knowledge of local HR rules, regulations,
and benefits schemes in Korea
