We're developing a AAA game based on "The Bird That Drinks Tears" by Young-do Lee. We believe in having fun while creating memorable experiences, being proud of our work, and showing respect for each other's contributions.

이 역할은 몬트리올 팀과 긴밀하게 협업해야 하는 포지션으로, 다양한 시간대에 걸친 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력이 필요합니다. 게임 개발 전반에 걸쳐 명확한 커뮤니케이션을 보장하고 리스크를 관리하는 데 중요한 역할을 담당하게 됩니다. 

• 배경 아트 팀 태스크 및 일정 관리 
• 새로운 애셋 요청 검토 등 전반적인 오브젝트 뱅크 관리
• 배경 아트 팀과 다른 부서 간의 효율적인 커뮤니케이션 및 팀워크 촉진
• 정기적인 팀 간 회의 주최 및 관련 액션 아이템 follow-up

This role requires close collaboration with our team in Montreal, necessitating excellent communication and coordination skills across different time zones. Your role will be essential in ensuring clear communication and managing risks throughout game development.

• Organize and manage the tasks associated with the environment art team. 
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the object bank, including asset creation and validation. 
• Facilitate effective communication and teamwork between the environment art team and other departments. 
• Lead regular sync meetings and ensure follow-up on action items. 

 

이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)

• 게임 개발 부서에서 5년 이상의 PM 경력 보유
• 뛰어난 영어 의사 소통 능력 보유
• 게임 개발 프로세스 및 방법론에 대한 높은 이해도 보유
• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유한 팀 플레이어
• Jira 등 프로젝트 관리 도구를 사용해본 경험
• 해외 여행 결격 사유가 없는 분
• 5+ years of experience in project management in the game development departments.
• Great English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and methodologies. 
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player. 
• Proven experience with project management tools such as Jira.

• Scrum Master, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
