Your responsibilities

• Ensure the planning of the in deliveries to our units, based on agreed with the unit preconditions.
• Ensure the Service Providers (SP), connected to the inbound flow, are meeting their operational performance and enable relevant actions whenever performance is not met.
• Ensure proactive communication between units and Service Providers, whenever is needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve and prevent operational deviations; investigate and follow up on extra costs.
• Ensure, together with internal stakeholders, the needed Service provider capacity that will meet all operational requirements at lowest possible cost. Ensure there is an optimal usage of the offered capacity.
• Support procurement activities with SP performance insights and local market knowledge.
