Job Title: Merchandising Manager(Ladies'/Leather product-Shoe, Bag) 

 [Job Description] 
•Responsible for order placement by category according to global assortment, OTB & stock targets set by planners 
•Responsible for repeat & newness assortment mix in creating a cohesive in-store message
•Responsible for order placement by store both for repeat & newness in accordance with the OTB •Responsible for reorders according to confirmed OTB analysis from planning 
•Partner with planning to determine needs for procuring centrally owned stock, early delivery &/or cancellations
•Continually monitor business performance by category & communicate strategic opportunities 
•Category training with targeted seasonal presentations (in person, VC or digital content) 
 
[Job Requirement] 
• Bachelor's degree  
• Minimum 8 years of professional experiences in the related area, preferably in Luxury industry 
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills 
• Good at SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power point 
• In-depth understanding of the Korean luxury fashion market, commerce and trends 
• Commercial and Trend awareness of luxury market competitors 
• Broad knowledge about Product materials especially leather and fabric 
• Good at forecasting and paying attention to new and upcoming trends 
• Proficiency in both oral and written English skill
