As Nucala Brand Management Pharmaceutical Professional, you will be responsible for aligning customer segments and leverage service to deliver an exceptional customer experience plan.
You will also manage the resource allocation within the brands based on customer insight and leading execution across the brand teams.

Strategic thinking Responsible for translating customer insights for marketing strategies
The planning, budgeting, and demand forecasting process in accordance according to corporate planning requirements
Matrix leadership & Communication skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive strong customer engagement and more than fair share in-store support.
Find and drive additional business opportunity or improvement area through the market insight
Energized by a marketing role that allows you to shape marketing strategies and accelerate growth across the therapeutic portfolio?
Manage local congresses, and GSK sponsored digital and face to face events
EE management
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
3+ years¡¯ experience in marketing and/or sales
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups and senior leaders
Proven project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Experience in the specialty care business.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and keep projects on track to meet deadlines
