Urban Decay - New Business Retail Manager, Luxe Div.


For Brand

 

1. Develop the business strategy of his/her brand(s) based on brand strategies.

¡Ü Define priorities by customers/distribution channels, Multi-Specialty Doors (Olive Young, Chicor).

¡Ü Be responsible for the P&L per customer for his/her business area.

2. Lead performance, set and achieve objectives. Sell in & Sell out management by monthly & yearly. 

¡Ü Define marketing resources, manage and arbitrate budgets and allocate resources.

¡Ü Work with the supply chain and other departments.

¡Ü Organize the shifts and operating procedures with team.

¡Ü Be responsible for the commercial back-office.

 

For Luxe division

¡Ü Negotiate annual agreements and guarantee the interests of his/her brand(s) in Luxe Division negotiations under Luxe retail director management. New opening counter & location.

¡Ü Develop trusting relationships with key customers. Coordinate with other brands to develop relationships with retail chains.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

¡Ü Bachelor¡¯s degree or above

¡Ü Min. 6~8 years of professional retail/sales experience in FMCG/Cosmetic Retail

¡Ü At least 5 years of experience in the cosmetic industry in the retail field

¡Ü Prefer the skincare & makeup brand experience in Olive Young, Chicor

¡Ü MS Office literacy

¡Ü Fluent in both Korean and English
