Software Product Owner - High Voltage Electric Drives
As a software product owner, you will work on the application of the latest generation of Vitesco Technologies’ EMR high voltage axle drives to the global electric vehicle program of a Korean OEM. Your software will provide clean electric mobility around the world and support our vision of Electrified Emotion Everywhere. You will work in the global team of a leading supplier of electrification solutions with a long history as a successful supplier to the worldwide automotive industry.

Job Description

•    The Software Product Owner is responsible for the development and release of the software for HV electric drives EMR4 in variant projects. 
•    Manage the cooperation & exchange of information between the local system and software team and the software project team at supporting Vitesco Technologies locations.
•    Central contact for the customer & internal stake holders for the software to be developed.
•    Clarification of software requirements and delivery dates with the customer in coordination with internal departments, considering functionality, maturity, functional safety, and cybersecurity.
•    Planning, milestone tracking and risk management to monitor development progress and test status.
•    Presentation of work results and project status in front of the customer and internal steering meetings.
•    Lead problem resolution with a structured problem resolution method.
•    Be responsible for change management for customer change requests. 
•    Resource planning and task assignment for the local and global SW team. 

Requirements
•    Master’s degree or Bachelor in software engineering.
•    Minimum 5 years working experience with automotive software development.
•    Preferable working experience as software technical lead.  
•    Planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and structure, strong communication skills, assertiveness and networking and conflict management skills.
•    Resilient personality with decisiveness and confident appearance.
•    Good English skills in writing and speaking. Native Korean speaker.
•    Intercultural competence
