Client Service Manager

This role is to be responsible for developing service level and providing service guidance to stores and the in-house customer service center to take appropriate action toward customers. Provide strategy to improve customer communication. Analyze CS data and develop areas of improvement. He/she should resolve the customer claim/constraints as a representative of the company and conduct the training for store and customer service center employees.

[자격요건]

- Over 9 years of Customer Relations, Customer Service, Call Center experience in retail industry
- Full understanding on the operation flow of luxury/ retail industry
- Fluent in English. Fluency in French is a plus
- Proficiency in MS office skills
- Experience in a management role with a strong track record of delivering results
- Excellent coaching and training skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to understand technical problems and clearly explain solutions to keep good business relation with employees, Management team, and customers
