Job Requirements

[ÀÚ°Ý ¿ä°Ç]
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience 3 ~5 years
- Specific knowledge
- Strong focus on incident management.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices in IT service management. Proven track record of managing and resolving complex IT incidents.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Fluent in English and Korean
