As a Program Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various programs within the Building Automation (BA) business unit in Korea. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects. Your role will involve tracking project milestones, managing budgets, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives and help drive operational efficiency within the organization. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Korea location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our programs and contribute to the growth of the BA business unit in Korea.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the coordination and execution of programs and projects within the BA business unit in Korea.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on program status, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of program management best practices and standard operating procedures.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Korean and English.
