PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE IN THE ORGANIZATION
Locally define, implement, execute and drive retail training programs to improve retail productivity while maximize consumer experience to achieve company goals and lead in retail business against competitors. Always analysis KPIs result, and making action plans for better commercial result
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, implement and drive the training team to achieve retail store priorities
- Analyze efficiency and improve productivity of trainings
- Collaborate with District Managers and Store Managers to identify challenges, implement and execute changes
- Defining each store¡¯s improvement points based on commercial results and setting action plans for better KPIs through collaboration with responsible district managers.
- Deeply involving commercial plans and seek any opportunities to support district managers and store teams to have better result through seamless training support
- Incubating store training experts (TTT) and cascading local & global training initiatives to the experts
- Collaborate and coach Training Specialists / Assist. Training Managers to improve execution of trainings
- Plan, forecast and oversee costs for trainings jointly with Retail sales Director
- Make budget plan and proposal with high ROI awareness.
- Collaborate with global training team and align global training programs with local needs
- Manage the Training team¡¯s performance collaborating with training team-members to optimize productivity as a Senior Manager
- Measure effectiveness of trainings and improve outcome
- Embrace Digital transformation in relation to retail training.
TARGET SUPPORT
- Develop and execute necessary training and manage effectiveness to improve
store/staff KPI and analyze it.
- Support store staff in their career by providing trainings.
- Support people development aligning with brand value/company strategy.
TRAINING SUPPORT
- Define training needs to develop improvement action by evaluating current training.
- Maximize the effectiveness of global training program such as aGRU.
- Develop and execute retail / wholesale store training.
- Provide product/service information in timely manner to improve sales in focus category.
- Support in fully utilizing global training tools.
- Propose necessary training by analyzing store performance/staff KPI.

REQUISITE EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years university degree or equivalent
- More than 3 years' experience in retail management (Store Manager experience is a plus)
- Communication skill and collaborative working style
- Proven experience as a strong store staff (consumer focused, KPI) and as a store manager preferred.
