- Align, manage and execute retail talent sourcing and recruitment through seamless collaboration with external RPO

EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Pre-emptively identify employee relations risk in FWFJ frontline through building solid working relationships with retail key stakeholders

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Identify development areas for current FWFJ retail frontline structure and provide necessary insights in building future-fit organization

PEOPLE COST MANAGEMENT / BUDGET
- Execute end-to-end system submission of aligned and approved quarterly headcounts

PROJECTS
Provide required support to FWFJ Head of HRBP key FWFJ retail projects
