providing language training and services to various US government agencies.

Currently, LOD is seeking skilled and flexible Online English Teachers to join our team. This position is to provide group English classes to adults in Japan and Korea in groups of 2-4 students. Groups will be divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes.

Freelance online English instructor	[Responsibilities] Teach English classes to adults at various proficiency levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Conduct classes between 08:00 and 18:00 JST&KST to accommodate students' schedules. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans customized to meet the specific needs of each student and share with headquarters. Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to support their language learning goals and share with headquarters. Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment to maximize student engagement and effectiveness. Use a variety of teaching methods and digital tools to deliver personalized instruction. Communicate with students to address any questions and provide additional support as needed.	[Qualifications] BA or higher Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to adults. Certificate of Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) or Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) or an equivalent certification. Experience in teaching Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. [Qualifications]

BA or higher

Minimum of 2 years of experience

teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to adults.

or Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL)

or an equivalent certification.

Experience in teaching Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable internet connection,

a clear microphone and web cam environment for stable online class operation.

근무조건

고용형태: 프리랜서(근무기간 협의 후 결정)
급여조건: 시급 협의 후 결정/ Minimum hourly rate starts from 22,000KRW or $16 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
Work Schedule: Regular workdays are Tuesday through Friday, between 8:00 and 18:00.
Hours and days may vary depending on the group you are assigned to.(Negotiable with the students and Headquaters)
There will be no classes on US, Korean, and Japanese holidays.
