Position: Operation manager
Company: Multinational pharmaceutical/food supplements manufacturer
Location: Hybrid
Responsibility:
- Drive the Demand and Supply discussions internally & with respective 3rd party manufacturing. Ensure Production, Scheduling and Material Management for all/ assigned Contract Manufactured products
- Manage on time in full supplies for all/ assigned Contract Manufactured Products
- Drive the new projects development internally & with 3PMs from RFQ to launch with all/ assigned Contract Manufacturers
- Responsible for coordination of starting up and phasing out Contract Manufacturer/Toller or a product at Contract Manufacturer/Toller.
- Support QA teams in Review of Quality Management Systems at Contract Manufacturers/Tollers
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree qualification, minimum 5-year experience in external manufacturing/ supply chain/tolling or purchasing.
- Experience in Food/ Nutraceuticals/ Dietary Supplement/ Pharma Industry, knowledge of External manufacturing tolling landscape.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
