[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing communication, SCM and HQ commercial team, to maintain and elevate operational excellence.
- Support store by providing tools to perform all BOH operations.
- Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
- Support to ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
- Support and manage all the retail contracts and settlement related to rent, security and regular payment, etc.
- Maintain and drive all retail operations including POSM management, BOH management, Security with strong collaborations with all related business stakeholders.
- Set operational processes and provide guidelines to all DTC channels: inquiry follow-up, company procedure monitoring / monthly retail operation, expense, operation guideline, uniform forecast and operation, retail (POSM), security, traffic counter and etc., in line with company compliance and audit with clear communication with all DTC channels.
- Support current retail operations including local/global projects related to DTC channels.
- Support to manage all expense for store operation with regular monitoring.

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 3~5 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of customer service and administration
- Strong in excel, number and analysis
- Organized and detail oriented
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
- Proficient in multitasking and effectively managing multiple responsibilities concurrently
- Capable English communication skills
