1. Driving further growth and scaling up company in the zone
2. Understanding the market in Korea and driving double digit growth for increasing market share
3. Responsible for revenue targets and achieving quarterly numbers as per plan
4. Developing and executing strategic plans to maximize the sales potential in the zone
5. Identifying opportunities for strategic sales for Ultrasound and package deals and increasing volume of Ultrasound
6. Successful management, and execution of all day-to-day sales KPI deliverables
7. Funnel review, Forecast review & consolidation for the entire zone Korea
8. Creating synergies with the different SHS legal entities for MM & ES business
9. Top-line and bottom-line accountability for Ultrasound equipment
10. Managing and developing the zone business partners and driving business growth through BPs
11. Identifying and onboarding new business partners to cover white spots in the zone
12. Accountability for monthly / quarterly / yearly Forecast target achievement
13. Management and escalation of major deals and Key Accounts in alignment with Management, Sales Ops and Finance
14. Working in close collaboration with regional marketing to launch new products in the zone
15. Managing the weekly equipment backlog review running analytics to drive accuracy in monthly revenue and unit forecasts
16. Working closely with the APJ Region Head & Finance leader in preparing information and documentation needed for Review and MTA/MBR budget planning sessions
17. Supporting the Region Head for all kind of sales activities
18. Ownership for ¡°special project¡± as business development leader

1. Bachelor¡¯s degree in business administration or a similar field

2. 10 years¡¯ experience in sales management in the medical device industry; ideally Ultrasound

3. Experience in leading and managing a multi-faceted sales operations business and organization strongly preferred

4. Business experience in Korean market is a must

5. Profound knowledge of the Ultrasound business with a passion for advancing the imaging space

6. Demonstrated track record in sales, customer relations, sales management, order processing, and backlog management

7. Proven knowhow to motivate sales success, sales collaboration, and sales via Indirect channels

8. Knowhow in sales forecasting, funnel management, and CRM data analysis

9. Proficient problem-solving skills as well as results and solution orientation

10. Strong leader and team enabler with profound communication and networking skills
