Time Management system (MySPGI)
- Siemens Energy utilize a dedicated application for Time Management called MySPGI. Candidate is not expected to be familiar with this specific application, training will be provided. 
- Input / Check of all Field Service timesheets based on Time Summary / Dispatch Information every week 
- Input / Check of all timesheets for DSM and Planner 
- Request confirmation and update to site managers if there is any discrepancy between SDP and MYSPGI. (update hours in SDP in case site manager is not available)
- Create project and charge codes in Time Keeping system (MySPGI) 
- Update Charge codes in Time Keeping system (MySPGI) 
- Create newcomer information in Time Keeping system (MySPGI)
Review discrepancies of 3rd party¡¯s time sheet
- Once received time sheet (excel) from site manager and 3rd party, create cost calculation file. 
- Review both files and report any discrepancies. 
- Check all the discrepancies are corrected by site manager (SDP)and Sinhan to ensure equal cost. (correct any errors in SDP in case site manager is not available)
