담당업무

• - Develop site operational excellence strategy and operating plan.
• - Manage and coordinate the Operational excellence activity to improve site operation performance 
• - Partner with business unit OpEx to determine OpEx activity plans and priorities
• - Build the continuous improvement culture to increase operational excellence maturity in site with other departments. (e.g. Manufacturing, Quality, Supply chain, Purchasing, Engineering)
• - Drive the overall cost saving project in site 
• - Manage and coordinate the 6 sigma projects / lean projects 
• - Supervise and develop staff, Ensure appropriate training and education is provided for highly qualified staff, providing on-going performance feedback. Sets goals which align to department plans and manages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring. 
• - Manage annual department budget

자격요건

• - Bachelor’s degree 
• - Minimum 12 years related work experience 
• - Proficiency in the English communication 
• - Extensive experience of lean project and six sigma project
• - Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• - Strong analytical and project management skills
• - Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
