Seasonal buying management - Orchestrate the assortment planning for all sales channels; retail, travel retail and ecommerce - Determine OTB (Open-To-Buy) while collaborating with a commercial team for category sales plans - Define the boutique cluster and select product assortments by category in line with HQ merchandising strategy and the boutique profiles - Execute the order forecast including units of net sales, launching & closing stock within the seasonal buying budget - Evaluate the product performances in all respects
2. Merchandising implementation - Set the right model stock for each boutique in all sales channels / product in order to secure the sales revenue and manage to supply goods by auto-replenishment process while considering sales trends - Define key objectives related to the inventory level such as stock month coverage and assortment & model stock fulfillment% - Develop in-depth understanding of clients¡¯ and boutiques¡¯ needs and be agile in taking actions - Provide qualitative and quantitative product analysis of current business to have right understanding on the market trend - Work closely with visual merchandising to enhance the products visibility in boutiques - Maintain a close relationship with boutiques and merchandising, distribution/demand planning team in HQ through continuous communications
3. Planning & Inventory management - Forecast net sales demands on top of model stock on novelties and communicate with HQ distribution planning team to get more allocation% vs. total demands - Manage the replenishment orders for novelty and continuity products towards all networks and follow pending backorders to be shipped on time - Maximize sales revenue by allocating the proper product mix to each sales channel which in line with marketing strategy and assortment principle - Collaborate with retail team to generate sales revenue from non-turning products - Define key objectives related to the inventory level such as total inventory value, stock month coverage, assortment & model stock fulfillment% and overstock%
4. Price and Product Master Data Management - Review the selling prices of retail and travel retail, which is given from HQ and communicate with relevant teams whether the ones would be working in Korea market - Monitor to maintain the certain price gap between retail and travel retail - Correct product master wrongly categorized by communicating with HQ category management team and a person in charge of ERP system - Identify domestic compliances on each product category and provide a proper information to eliminate or minimize risks
5. Customer Service and Quality Control - Manage customer care service across all Montblanc networks; Domestic retail, Travel retail and Wholesale dealer POS in line with International Service Policy - Lead boutique staffs to put in an excellent CS performance by monitoring KPI - Follow up all quality issues on defective products with HQ - Supervise the quality control through constant trainings towards boutique staffs in order to minimize non-sellable products generated from boutiques while operating - Management of external partner, CRC (Client Relations Center) to meet the service standards
6. Others - Oversee POSM / PLV management from orders to distributions to each channel and monitor to minimize non-moving / excessive materials - Administer the consignment products from each stakeholder to use within the periods determined - Conduct Friends and Family sale; on-site and digitized online sales in order to clear out certain level of inventories and generate sales as well - Manage the annual destruction for the defective and outdated products - Be the main key user on SAP Gemini roll-out
