1. Reporting
- Sales Reports: weekly sales report on Monday morning
- Daily sales report automation and maintenance
- Communication expenses report

2. Cost monitoring
- Operating Expenses: write Opex report, T&E report by departments and distribute
- Fully responsible for Pop up P&L
- Communication Expense: monthly P&L reports providing financial commentary and variance analysis on the monthly results vs. forecast, highlighting budget process

3. Budgeting/Planning
- Monthly sales target: Prepare, communicate with retail and submit monthly sales target to zone
- Lead Communication expenses in budgeting: consolidate all information for Communication with the changed plan and contingency plan

4. Ad hoc
- Prepare ad hoc reports to support management

+ 7years of working experiences in accounting, finance or related areas is preferred

- Bachelors¡¯ Degree or adequate education preferable in accounting/business

- Advanced skills in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Good Knowledge of SAP is preferred

- Team player and multitasking

- Fluent in verbal and written English

- Strong analytically and developed business acumen

- Retail experience is plus

- Positive attitude under pressure and tight deadline

- Proactive attitude toward exploring new knowledge and experiences

- Diversity on work in a global environment, cultural competence, collaboration skills, global perspective, inclusivity
