This position reports to

Service Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide general administrative services at the business level. Each day, you will perform general administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Cheonan, Korea. You will be mainly accountable for: • Preparing documentation and assisting in researching, compiling, proofreading, and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents. • Responding to manager and/or employee queries and managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence for the business. • Acting as local support for all administration activities. • Maintaining records/databases/filing systems/archives in electronic and/or hard copy format.

Qualifications for the role

• Must have a government-issued disability certificate
• 0 - 3 year experience in admin or sales support would be preferred
• Bachelor or associate degree
• Konwledge of MS office (MS Excel and PowerPoint etc.) and SAP ERP experience would be preferred
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
• Business level of English communication skill and native level of Korean communication skill
