[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Marketing & Communication Strategy and Plan - Develop short, mid and long term strategic directions and lead the marketing and communication plan to increase brand¡¯s market share and sales growth - Plan the local marketing and communication calendar in alignment with the global guideline, proper coordination with regional marketing team as well as internal team alignment - Define, implement and monitor marketing and communication activity (launches, renovations, repush of products, campaigns, field activities, competitor review..), leading the communication activities thru digital 360 activities link to on & off-line buzz and sales results - Implement the marketing plan to increase brand awareness
O P&L Management - Manage and is accountable for A&P budget: investment, profitability, stocks, inventory - Monitor and review the marketing budget and spending by suggesting marketing point of view, monthly, quarterly, yearly - Budget planning & implement and collaborate with business controller and function head to manage brand P&L successfully
O Product/Promotion marketing, Retail Marketing, CRM and Event etc - Take ownership and create the right angle of product marketing plan execution. - Supervise all product management activities (forecasting and importing for all SKUs, GWPs, Family sales, PA list, on-line sales stock, plan for HQ & local OOS status, etc), co-working with other functions (Q&R, SPM, DC, Purchasing, Planning ) and market research. - Set up the CRM strategy and plan in line with brand strategy and direction - Maximize and enhance customer experience toward Brand to plan and execute all retail marketing activities, monthly counter promotion, CRM events and so on.
O Communication Activity Management and Implementation - Regularly develop and build upon relationships with all media & influencers including celebrities of any value to brands - Provide guideline to Communication team for all the activities about the brand, products and campaigns and ensure that all publicity and coverage generated is conforming to the corporate requirements - Maximize the brand and product presence through local ambassador, influencer activation, owned media platforms, strategic paid media, advertising, brand equity infused events, brand partnership and traditional PR. - Identify new and proper/authentic way to approach influencer activations for each campaign - Develop owned media platform strategy and provide guidelines to team for content strategy, while ensuring all contents on owned media platforms are consistent with the omni-channel expectations of consumers - Continue to look for new media opportunities in line with brand strategies
O E/M-commerce business - Closely work with E-commerce team to guide and provide the insight in terms of campaign objective, product insight and trend, proper target setting etc.
O Strategic communication with Region/Global proactively - Get the support and alignment about the market need
O Team Development - Advise the team¡¯s objective setting and performance review by coaching and feedback.

- University degree - Minimum 12 years¡¯ experience
in consumer goods in an international company, preferably in the cosmetic
industry. - Effective, professional and
cooperative communication skills in Korean and English - Proactive and positive
attitude, passion for the brand & cosmetics industry, interpersonal skills
- Sense of people and team
management.
