The ideal candidate will have solid skills in business analysis and program management and needs to have a keen ability to think critically, analyze independently, and present data driven strategies that enhance business operations

Deliver business excellence through support of sales operations initiatives and programs 
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges 
• Perform data management and assessment to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency opportunities 
• Execute on operational programs and initiatives 
• Spearhead analytical support for sales operations and productivity enhancements specific to Google Cloud, translating complex data sets into strategic insights. 
• Assess areas of operational improvement and Implement programs to address opportunities and challenges • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of operational programs and initiatives 
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with a meticulous approach to problem-solving and a track record of managing high-stakes reporting and analysis in a dynamic business environment. 
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database environments such as Oracle, Teradata, and MS Access 
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the process

Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field of study 
• At least 3 years of work experience in software or IT industries 
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and/or program management 
• Some database experience including proficiency in SQL coding across standard relational environments (e.g. Oracle, Teradata, MS Access, etc.). 
• Knowledge of enterprise business reporting tools is a plus 
• Superior MS Office (in particular Excel) and, ideally, Google Sheets skills
