Responsibilities
1. Achieve
sales targets and order intake plans by developing the appropriate sales
strategy, taking into account all the technical and financial aspects of a wind
turbine projects:
a.
Identifying
and pursuing new business opportunities.
b.
securing
and providing all necessary information (commercial and technical documents).
c.
preparing
offers, responding to (public) tenders (RFQ / RFP).
d.
initiating
project specific solution in consultation with project engineers, project managers and external experts, etc if needed.
2. Build and manage strong
relationship with clients and project stakeholders, as key contact and
coordinator beyond sales activities (in cases such a role is needed, e.g. claim
management, material commercial variation offers during PM and Service phase, etc.).
3. Negotiate, draft and
prepare for signature the complete Sales & After Sales contracts, and
support After Sales Manager by communicating with clients.
4. Hold initiative for the
entire process from lead generation until contract signing and handover to PM,
and to collaborate with PM and Service during the wind farm installation and
operation phase.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to achieve the country¡¯s
technical-regulatory requirements, standards and laws.
6. Support responsible person within the company for permit related documentation
completion such as KTC test reports and certificates application to meet all
technical and governmental standards.
7. Support establishing sales & order intake planning by aligning with
Pipeline Manager.
8. Use and update designated
sales tools (CRM, SAP, etc) to maintain quality reporting and sales data
Regular contact and consultation with all other departments, making sure that all project related aspects and risks (commercial, legal, technical) are correctly taken into account.
Requirements
1. Bachelors / Master¡¯s degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
2. Min
7 years work experience in B2B business/sales environment, ideally in heavy
industry, construction, or energy sector.
3. Experience
in the renewable energy¡¯s technical sector including communication with
regulatory departments such as KESCO, KEPCO and KOSHA would be an advantage.
4. Strong
communicative and interpersonal skills; goal-orientated, entrepreneurial
spirit.
5. Advanced
experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
6. Highly
committed, as well as ambitious and visionary thinking.
7. Strong proven writing and oral communications skills in English and Korean.
Willingness to travel, both domestic and international
