Overview
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven leader to join our team as the Connection Audience Planning & Effectiveness Professional. This role will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of media, social influencer partnerships, and unified commerce initiatives. You will drive audience-centric media strategies that maximize marketing effectiveness and deliver measurable business results across digital, social, and e-commerce platforms.
Key Accountabilities
¡¤ Audience Planning & Effectiveness
o Lead audience segmentation and targeting strategies, leveraging data and insights to develop impactful media plans that connect with the right consumers.
o Utilize advanced analytics and market research to continuously refine audience profiles, ensuring all marketing efforts are relevant and effective.
o Measure the performance of marketing campaigns, using key metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
¡¤ Media Strategy & Management
o Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms, ensuring a holistic approach to media planning.
o Manage relationships with media agencies and partners, ensuring strategic alignment, media efficiency, and budget optimization.
o Oversee the integration of paid, earned, and owned media, ensuring consistency across channels while maximizing brand exposure and audience engagement.
¡¤ Social Influencer Management
o Develop and execute a robust influencer marketing strategy, building long-term partnerships with influencers that align with brand values and objectives.
o Oversee the identification, engagement, and management of social media influencers, ensuring they effectively promote the brand and drive authentic connections with target audiences.
o Track influencer campaign performance and impact, ensuring measurable contribution to overall marketing objectives.
¡¤ Unified Commerce Management
o Lead the unified commerce strategy by integrating digital and in-store experiences, ensuring a seamless consumer journey across all touchpoints.
o Oversee the execution of e-commerce and omnichannel marketing strategies that drive both online and offline sales.
o Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure alignment on promotions, product launches, and inventory management for a unified consumer experience.
¡¤ Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, sales, and analytics, to ensure media strategies align with broader marketing and business goals.
o Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and communication of media and unified commerce initiatives.
o Partner with external vendors, media agencies, and technology platforms to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
¡¤ Performance Optimization & Reporting
o Continuously monitor and analyse the effectiveness of media and influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
o Present regular reports on audience engagement, media spend efficiency, and e-commerce performance to key stakeholders and leadership.
¡¤ Innovation & Trend Monitoring
o Stay ahead of industry trends, new media channels, and influencer marketing innovations to drive forward-thinking strategies.
o Identify and experiment with emerging technologies, platforms, and tools that can improve media management, audience targeting, and consumer engagement.

Experience & Background
¡¤ Bachelor¡¯s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
¡¤ 10-15 years of experience in media planning, audience targeting, social influencer management, and/or e-commerce marketing.
¡¤ Proven track record of driving successful media and marketing campaigns with measurable results.
¡¤ Deep understanding of audience insights, media analytics, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
¡¤ Strong experience in managing influencer partnerships and unified commerce initiatives.
¡¤ Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
¡¤ Proficiency with media planning tools, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
