This role will oversee the digital transformation and integration of marketing technologies, global platforms, customer relationship management (CRM), and analytics. You will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy, ensuring seamless integration across platforms, and optimizing the use of Martech and analytics to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business growth. Key Accountabilities ¡¤ Digital Integration Strategy o Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital integration strategy that aligns with the company¡¯s marketing and business objectives. o Ensure seamless integration of global digital platforms, marketing technologies, and CRM systems to deliver a unified customer experience. o Collaborate with IT and digital teams to streamline systems and platforms, ensuring data flows efficiently across all touchpoints. ¡¤ CRM Management o Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM systems, ensuring they support personalized customer interactions and drive customer loyalty. o Lead the strategy for customer data collection, segmentation, and automation to deliver targeted marketing campaigns and improve customer retention. o Develop CRM best practices and processes to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer journey mapping. ¡¤ Social Influencer Management o Develop and execute a robust influencer marketing strategy, building long-term partnerships with influencers that align with brand values and objectives. o Oversee the identification, engagement, and management of social media influencers, ensuring they effectively promote the brand and drive authentic connections with target audiences. o Track influencer campaign performance and impact, ensuring measurable contribution to overall marketing objectives. ¡¤ Global Digital Platform Oversight o Manage and optimize global digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and seamless user experiences across web, mobile, and social channels. o Drive the evolution of digital platforms to meet the changing needs of the business, focusing on user experience (UX), functionality, and scalability. o Ensure platforms are fully integrated with marketing automation tools, analytics, and CRM systems for a holistic view of the customer journey. ¡¤ Martech Strategy & Management o Lead the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies (Martech), including marketing automation, content management systems (CMS), and customer data platforms (CDP). o Ensure that Martech tools are effectively integrated into marketing workflows, enabling the team to scale campaigns and improve operational efficiency. o Continuously assess and evaluate Martech performance, identifying opportunities to optimize tools and adopt new technologies. ¡¤ Analytics & Performance Measurement o Lead the development of an analytics framework to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, platform performance, and customer engagement. o Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, enhance digital experiences, and drive business results. o Ensure accurate reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into key metrics such as ROI, customer lifetime value (CLV), and marketing efficiency. ¡¤ Cross-Functional Collaboration o Partner with marketing, product, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment between digital platforms, CRM, and marketing technology strategies. o Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent execution of digital strategies across regions and markets, tailoring solutions to local needs where appropriate. o Act as the key point of contact for external vendors and partners, managing relationships to ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives. ¡¤ Innovation & Trend Monitoring o Stay current with digital marketing, Martech, CRM, and analytics trends, ensuring the company leverages the latest tools and practices. o Drive innovation within the marketing team by experimenting with new technologies and approaches to enhance digital integration and customer engagement. Áö¿øÀÚ°Ý Experience & Background ¡¤ Bachelor¡¯s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. ¡¤ 10-15 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, marketing technology, and analytics. ¡¤ Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and integrating marketing technologies across global platforms. ¡¤ Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital platforms. ¡¤ Expertise in data analytics and performance measurement, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. ¡¤ Excellent project management and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. ¡¤ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. ¿ì´ë»çÇ× Preferred Qualification ¡¤ Experience working in a global organization with diverse markets preferred. ¡¤ Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics, or other leading CRM and Martech platforms preferred. ¡¤ Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance in CRM and data management practices preferred. ¡¤ Experience in customer journey mapping and creating personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns preferred.
