This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of creative marketing initiatives while ensuring world-class design quality. Key Accountabilities ¡¤ Creative Leadership & Strategy o Lead the development of bold and innovative marketing creative strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer insights. o Oversee the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels that captivate audiences and build brand equity. o Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into compelling creative solutions. ¡¤ Design Excellence Oversight o Set high standards for visual and design output, ensuring all creative assets align with the brand¡¯s identity and deliver visual impact. o Lead and inspire the design team to create outstanding digital and print assets, ensuring creative work is consistently innovative and effective. o Establish processes for design reviews and ensure all outputs adhere to best practices and industry trends. ¡¤ Leadership & Development o Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of designers, copywriters, content creators, and creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. o Provide guidance and feedback to the team, helping them elevate their work and develop their skills. o Build a high-performing creative team by attracting, retaining, and developing top creative talent. ¡¤ Brand Stewardship o Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, both internal and external. o Lead brand evolution efforts, ensuring the visual and creative aspects of the brand stay relevant while maintaining brand integrity. ¡¤ Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams o Work closely with other parts and teams of Marketing to ensure creative efforts align with overall marketing and business strategies. o Act as the creative point of contact for external agencies, vendors, and partners, managing relationships and ensuring the highest standard of creative output. ¡¤ Creative Innovation & Trend Monitoring o Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest design trends, creative technologies, and marketing innovations. o Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging the team to test new creative approaches and technologies. ¡¤ Performance Measurement & Optimization o Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of creative campaigns and design assets, making informed decisions to optimize future work. o Conduct A/B testing to refine creative elements and ensure the best-performing designs and messages are utilized. Áö¿øÀÚ°Ý Experience & Background ¡¤ Bachelor¡¯s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. ¡¤ 10-15 years of experience in creative marketing and design leadership roles. ¡¤ Proven track record of successfully leading and executing large-scale creative campaigns. ¡¤ Strong expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) and digital marketing tools. ¡¤ Excellent leadership skills with experience managing creative teams in a fast-paced environment. ¡¤ Deep understanding of branding, visual identity, and multi-channel marketing strategies. ¡¤ Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. ¿ì´ë»çÇ× Preferred Qualifications ¡¤ Experience working with global brands or in a high-growth, dynamic environment preferred. ¡¤ Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and how design impacts customer behavior preferred. ¡¤ Familiarity with motion graphics, video production, and web design preferred. ¡¤ A creative portfolio that demonstrates design leadership and marketing excellence preferred.
