IS Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the tactical interface to ensures execution of IT Domain service delivery to Business Area, Division, Country Lead Business and GBS IS Domains for a country or across a cluster. You will be mainly accountable for: • Be main contact point for country/cluster/BA/Core-IS customer able to embrace their requests End-to-End despite the complex solution and not easy integration points • Delivering End-to-End service value in a highly complex and diverse landscape including global and local services in cooperation with IS Service Owners, IS Solution Architects and IS vendors • Ensuring financial/operational transparency and reliability for IT Domain services towards key stakeholders • Figuring out business process demand to existing or new IS services, providing and helping on the new demands and projects in collaboration with IS Service Owners • Reviewing incident management, problem management, service requests, and all processes related to domain service delivery and operation • Complying with internal and external regulations, policies, standards (SOX, InfoSec, Data Privacy, Data Protection, Export controls, license management, etc.)

Qualifications for the role

• Over 10 years of working experience in IT area inclduing at least 3 year of IT infrastructure service delivery (e.g. IT network, server hosting, Cloud solutions, IT service desk etc.)
• Proven experience of IS Service Delivery management and IS requirements management
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information System management, computer Science, business engineering or a related field
• Fluent communication skill in English and Korean
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, and global team environment
• ITIL 4 foundation certification would be preferred
