- Ensures adaptation of products and systems out of the 

existing product portfolio according to specified customer 

needs.

- Ensures the full assessment of customer requirements as a 

basis of application development activities.

- Ensures the translation of customer requirements into 

technical specifications as well as the release of the specifications 

after the 4-eyes principle.

- Ensures the technical project management.
- Ensures the development of applications according to 

defined and agreed specifications.

- Ensures the product release externally (ensuring that the 

customer receives the optimal solution).

[자격요건]

- At least bachelor’s degree in engineering

- At least 5 years work experience in transmission 

development

- Reducer system development experience including 

gear and bearing design for an electric drive system.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

- Strategic Thinking and Cooperative Working
