and multinational companies, preferable for retail. - GA
& TA experiences is required - Fluent
in Korean and English. - Bachelors
degree - In-depth
knowledge of labor standard law understanding - Demonstrated
expertise in talent management, compensation & benefits, and diversity and
inclusion initiatives. - Proficiency
knowledge of Microsoft Office, system-driven approach - Strong
leadership and team management skills. - Ability
to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality - Customer
oriented, approachable with strong interpersonal skills - Approaches
