- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of standard HR (SOP) processes and procedures.
- Oversee HR reporting activities, adhering to HQ guidelines, providing accurate and timely information for strategic decision-making.
- Manage HR functions for local offices, ensuring that HR practices support the business needs and objectives.
- Offer expert guidance on compensation and benefits strategies, review the payroll and manpower planning & budgeting, change management initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Operate pension program (DB/DC) plan and align with employee, management, bank and report properly.
- Propose and lead the effective way of HR role.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing legal matters to uphold high standards and consistent strategies within the areas of responsibility.
- Drive the development and implementation of a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) policy, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement performance-based incentive programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Drive the design and delivery of performance management systems, ensuring they are fair, transparent, and motivating.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement through training and development initiatives and orchestrate employee relations activities such as labor council committee, company event, employee experiences activities
- Lead as a manager of the GA (general affairs), C&B team member, contractors
- Coach and align with TA (Talent acquisition) for budget, company branding
- Utilize strong communication skills to clearly articulate performance expectations and incentive structures to employees at all levels.

- Min. 10 years of relevant working experience in HR manager roles, within structured and multinational companies, preferable for retail.

- GA & TA experiences is required

- Fluent in Korean and English.

- Bachelors degree

- In-depth knowledge of labor standard law understanding

- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, compensation & benefits, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

- Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office, system-driven approach

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality

- Customer oriented, approachable with strong interpersonal skills

- Approaches challenges with an open-mind and is willing to try new things.

- Ability to offer solutions, provide advice and drive resolution on people related matters.
