- Qualified to practice law in the U.S. or in other common law jurisdiction - Up to 5 years of post-qualification experiences - Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Korean - 미국 또는 다른 보통법 국가의 변호사 자격 - 변호사 취득 후 경력 5년 이하 (대리-과장급) - 한국어, 영어 능통자 (영어, 한국어 bilingual)

- Experience at a reputable law firm or in-house (preferably both) - Experience in gaming, IT, content, or entertainment industry - Hands-on experiences in cross-border M&A and investment projects - 로펌 경력 및 인하우스 근무 경력을 모두 갖춘 자 - 게임, IT, 콘텐츠, 엔터테인먼트 관련 업무 경험자 - 해외거래, M&A 등 거래를 직접 주관하여 처리해 본 경험이 있는 자
